I only had the sushi here, but my rating includes the service as well. My first time here was a couple weeks ago and it was a pleasant visit. We got seated quickly, and my sushi was pretty good. But I went again a week after that and my experience wasn't so great. We waited 10-15 minutes to be seated because the hostess was busy waiting for to-go orders. We finally got seated and ordered our sushi and it was three of us who ordered sushi and they put it all on one plate. The sushi wasn't even that great at all. I was upset that this place didn't have consistency. I don't think I'll be coming here soon.. At least not for sushi.

This was my first visit (5.2.15/SA). I was with a couple of friends. We had a blast. The food was amazing. I had the Sukiyaki Steak with sautéed veggies and fried rice. DELICIOUS! It was beautifully presented. Generous portions! Couldn't finish my meal. Had to get a takeout plate. (Devoured it later that night, though. LOL!...) The chef that prepared our food was very friendly and entertaining. Great sense of humor. Our hostess was nice and prompt, as well. We never had to "flag her down" for refills. Atmosphere was open and intimate, at the same time. We arrived during the lunch rush--it was virtually a full house. People were casually making conversation amongst themselves. But, it was still pleasantly quiet. Dare I say, I could actually hear myself think. Needless to say, I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

I visited two sushi places while in AR and I've not been blown away but the further inland you are, I feel odd eating sushi anyway. The service was prompt however nervous our server seemed and everyone's food was deemed good. I had a spicy tuna roll, a california and a shrimp tempura. With tip I believe the total came to $30.00 which I find high for 3 rolls including tip. Sushi is consistently one of the most overpriced food items in my opinion. I rarely make it at home due to the prep involved but i spent $60.00 in ingredients one time and 6 people gorged on sushi for 3 days. Keep that in perspective. Nothing about the quality of the sushi stood out though I did find my meal enjoyable.

I came in and waited at the hostess stand for over 10 minutes staring at a "please wait to be seated" sign. Oh, I waited alright. No one ever came so I left. I did flag down the bar tender and she said she'd be right there but alas nothing happened. Try Kanpai next to hooters. They have better sushi anyway.

My Daughter loves this place & could not wait to take me. So 22 minutes after I landed here we are. I have NO IDEA how this place opens daily & passes any local or state board of health inspection. As you sit at the Hibachi Grill...look around under the other 8-10 grills NOTICE all of the dust bunnies & crud on or underneath each grill. the place needs a general steam cleaning & power wash will NOT ever go back... I will not even begin to address the slow sluggish service as it took the Chef 25 minutes to arrive at our table & there was only 4 other people in the place .

This food was great and the service was excellent. We ordered the Tataki tuna and we almost licked the plate clean. All of the sushi came out very quickly, but the hibachi took a little longer. It only took about 15 minutes for the hibachi, not very long, we didn't even complain or ask about it, but the waitress was very apologetic and brought us out a bowl of free miso soup. If I'm ever passing through NLR, I'll be stopping by this place again.

If you have a shell-fish allergy (including shrimp) READ THIS AND WATCH OUT. During lunch 9/28/12, my dad (visiting from out of town) explained to the server he had a shell-fish allergy. He ordered a box lunch with salmon. The lunch came out with fried shrimp as a side. After explaining, again, about the shell-fish allergy to the same server, she took it back to the kitchen. About 2 minutes later (literally), the server returned it to the table without the shrimp, and left to go to another table. Great, except all they did was take the shrimp off. The grease and even crumbs were left on the plate. For anyone who has a shell fish allergy, it could possibly mean life or death. The meal should have been recooked. Nobody in the kitchen cared -- the server seemed a little caring, but should have known better. Finally, we got the server's attention and told her about it and just told them to cancel the order. She said okay, and walked off. No I'm, sorry. No, let me get the manager. Nobody from the kitchen saying sorry. Nothing. I will NEVER go here again. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the establishment is a turn-off anyways.

You can choose between hibachi, Mongolian grill, and a sushi bar. This is a great spot with good prices. The lunch special was well priced and the environment was good. I did have one bad experience here where the cook was scolding his employees for something and then telling us about it which probably wasn't very professional but the food was good so I really didn't care.

Sat at the Sushi. Not really impressed. Sushi was sub-standard. Rice did not seem to have the consistency of Sushi rice should. Sushi chef in a white t-shirt doesn't set the time of being a sushi bar. At least dress the chef in a sushi chefs coat.

I saw a cockroach crawl over a bowl of vegetables at the Mongolian BBQ bar. Last time I ordered hibachi chicken I couldn't eat it, the chicken tasted rotten. This place was once great, it's really gone down hill.

Has two sides to this restaurant. One side is a "build-your-own" bowl of food ranging from a selection of different meats and veggies. Take bowl to the cook and it is cooked up Mongolian style. Great lunch item! The other side has a great lunch/dinner selection along with ok sushi. The meals I have had here were nothing less then great. The service could be improved, but the cooks are entertaining to say the least. Overall a great spot for after church or dinner anytime. I frequent here often.

Honestly the food is really good but I won't go back because the service is terrible every time. We order just the sushi so we are sat at the Mongolian section that is extremely SMOKEY and LOUD.

I really really like the food here. I think the hibachi food has excellent flavor and they have great lunch specials. This is one of the very few places in the Little Rock area that you can get Filet Mignon at lunch (for lunch prices anyway). It is very reasonably priced, as well. Filet Mignon for $9 at lunch time is great. Most of the hibachi in Little rock is the same (I have moved to Knoxville and you never know what kind of stuff you are going to get), but just in case something changes, the vegetables you get are carrots, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms. Crazy hibachi also has a Mongolian grill and a sushi bar. The service at Crazy Hibachi is AWFUL, though. They get you exactly what you order but they are soooo slow. They almost got me in trouble a few times at lunch (waiting 15 minutes to pay, etc). I typically get food to go from here and everything is always made exactly to my specifications, which I appreciate because I always change things up.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
